Patthama Boonthanom 2010-07-07	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach Our 2nd visit here, very nice hotel as usual. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good buffet breakfast!!! But the food in the restuarant are way too high in price. Samui has turned inte a real tourist paradise, very unreasonable price for everything.

Daniel Stig Rickard Larsson 2010-03-11	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach Overall a very good hotel for the money. Buffet breakfast and for the most part you can eat it all. They have their own beach and beach chairs are free.... beware though, if you dont arrive at beach before 9am you wont get a chair since as usual when german and russia people travle they cant behave....and they wake at 4 am to put towels on chairs. About 5 minutes of walk towards the center, VERY hot though.

Had problem with them finding my reservation because I made it on the spur of the moment after not liking the other hotel I was at. Excellent breakfast with omelets, fruit, etc. I recommend it. Only dislike - No tuk tuk service to town. Had to take taxi each time (100-250 bt.) This adds up.

For us the location is very good:at the south end of chaweng beach and far enough away from the center of chaweng,so it is not too loud;but you can walk within 5 minutes to the center. In our building, when someone closes his door, you can hear it in night in every other room loudly, sometimes we wake up from this. The breakfast was not international standard, but it was value for money.	Everything worked very well, no problems.
Yeoh Chwee Pheng 2010-02-20	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach The location of the hotel is good for family stay. The room is clean and comfortable but light fittings on the corridor need to upgrade as it is not functioning and the long bath is quite old. The services is good.	Excellent
Ronald K Wyman 2010-02-01	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach As always the DELUXE ROOMS AT THE SAMUI 1st House were spotless. I have stayed there 6 times in the last 4 years and each time has been terrific. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect close to town but just far enough away to avoid all the hustle and bustle asociated with being in the center of town. As always, THANKS and I hope to see you again soon.	There is no better than Sawadee.com. I have used them for over 10 years without any negative incidents. Sawadee is always available 24 hrs. a day to assist you in making reservations or any changes etc. The reservation system is secure and efficient. Sawadee.com is GREAT !!!
Miss amanda icely 2010-01-08	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach this is the second time i have stayed here with my 12 year old daughter, fab hotel located at the quieter cleaner end of chaweng beach, staff always helpful and friendly. chaweng center only 10-15 min walk, although hotel has a free taxi service in the evening. Gem of a hotel great for families.	great as usual

We received free upgrade to an expensive suite because aircon was awaiting repair in our booked room. Restaurant prices expensive, but there is a restaurant very close by with cheap and tasty food. Minimarts very handy.	Booking went well.
LI WANYANG 2009-07-15	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach It s a nice hotel, not too expensive and the staff are friendly and helpful.The breakfast is ok.The hotel is near the beach.If you want to find a clean and safe hotel which is not too expensive and near the beach in Samui,this is a good choice.	It s safe, good and convenient!

Although the location is really good right next to the beach and close to Chaweng Road the hotel itself is in need of a good clean. The room was very budget, the sheets didn t get changed during out stay, the air con was leaking, there were ants everywhere and staff were very unhelpfull and not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.	Sawadee.com made it very easy and simple to book. Great service.
Naphatsawan Winyuwichaikun 2009-05-01	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach good it s near the beach, breakfast was also nice, the staffs were kind and tried to help. only the standard room was not so clean and quite old, but it was ok!	very good!! i will use Sawadee again on my next trip
Inge Breathnach 2009-04-26	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach this hotel is generally clean and efficient, however when we arrived we did have to change rooms because there were some lice-type insects on the beds, so we were quickly moved. They made no offer of discount or compensation for this. The best thing about the hotel was the pancake man on the corner! Location is ok, we rented a motorbike anyway to get into Chaweng as its a long walk in the heat. It is also quite quiet.
M. MATHYS 2009-04-21	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach Hotel is o.k.: quiet, friendly staff, price is o.k.. I would come back again. I got a good room. Not all the rooms seem to be good, some have no view - you can only see the next Building. I had to do check out at 12.00 o clock. For the shower thei gave me a dirty toilet-room without aircon or fan... - I would recommend the hotel to give the guests a nice room to do the shower before traveling home - this costs not much but would give the guests a better value. ALL IN ALL: If you want a cheap, clean room with aircon and good access to Chaweng and Chaweng Noi Beach, then is this hotel a good Choice.	No Problems.
David Watson 2009-04-11	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach Pretty all round good hotel. The room was good, maybe the aircon was a bit too cold would be my only complaint, there didnt seem to be an in between setting. I would definately come back here though.	Everything worked out perfectly

Room was nice (though aircon didnt seem to work too well, and it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room) staff were friendly and generally we were happy with our stay	Perfect, no problems
Mr Scott Cameron 2009-03-15	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach front of house staff very friendly and spoke good english, which makes all the difference, the rooms were really clean and mini bar was full with some complimentary drinks on arival, rooms are very modern and tastefully decorated, pool was lovely and breakfast was ok. i d say my overall stay was really good but it was the most expensive place i stayed in my time in thailand, but would recommend it if your not budgeting.

Wrigley 2008-11-21	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach Well, where do I start? What a find, its a gem for sure! I have to start with the staff, because thats where it starts, with a heartfelt welcome, they can t do enough for you, friendly, polite, helpful, doesn t do them justice really. Ideal if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but a nice walk in when you want it or a short bus ride for 50baht. The rooms were very clean, spacious enough, everything you need. Breakfast was fine, like most others. The pool was a good size, and I don t think the pictures on sawadee do it justice. And definitely the best end of the beach by a mile. This hotel provides exactly what it says Luxury Budget .	What can I say, we booked 4 hotels through Sawadee for this trip, 4 out of 4, perfect! Thankyou again x
Mr Kennedy 2008-10-04	Samui First House Hotel, Chaweng Beach The beach here is so much cleaner and nicer than the main part of chaweng and a hell of a lot quieter .The breakfast is average but OK still. The rooms are modern and well maintained and very clean.We enjoyed our stay here but it is about a 15min walk to the center of chaweng.Not a problem if you enjoy walking,or hire a scooter.its only 50 baht to get the truck into town anyway if u cant be stuffed.I would stay here again....	.........Never a problem ........

There was a beach right at the door which was gorgeous and not too busy! The rooms were really clean but the beds were really hard. The staff were really helpful and the free breakfast was excellent! Overall a great hotel for the price paid!	Perfect, not a problem

One of the best (if not the best) beach, Chaweng Noi, 50 meters from the hotel. A little bit outside Chaweng center, just a short ride, 1-2 min with taxi. Big deluxerooms with very good cleaning. You never come back to a place twice if you ve had a bad experience. Rooms clean, hot water, convenient to beach. Staff are very pleasent and hospitable. will be coming back again when we visit Samui	8 Years we ve been using Sawadee.com andnever had a problem. Wish all travel services would be as professional as they are.

Swiminpool clean and big enough(obs. no baby pool) Its only 3 min walk to beach and its wery nice. Can also recomend a little Thai restuarant on left side on beach. he can make a fish barbecu in evening if you order 1 day before. If you like shopping and bars you may book clooser to city town. We have a great holiday and rooms its great.Breakfast is ok and stabs is very friendley. Little problem is that they not can much english. I will come back. But when we check out First house was friendly and offer us free transfer.
