Jeanette Nilsson 2010-01-16	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach Nice resort.Beautiful surroundings.Really near the beach and a lagoon on the other side. Pool and a poolbar also nearby. The location was great.Our bungalow seaview villa was perfekt. Clean and facilities that worked great.Great breakfast with many things to choose from.Helpful staff. Minimarket and beauty saloon on the resort.You can have a massage next to the beach. If you want a resort that is personal, then you have come to the wrong place. This is a big resort and a warning for big groups of people who are there for conferences.	Simly great.

Hans Halldin 2010-01-02	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach We stayed a couple of days over New Year. The hotel and the staff is good. Though a little overpriced in my opinion. My big complaint is about the restaurant were the service was lousy. Completly caotic I would say. We had to wait very long time for our food several times. The volume from The New Years cabaré was so load it was almost impossible to have any conversation.	Good as usual

Christer Granstrom 2009-03-20	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach We stayed for 10 days and were all very pleased with this place. Our children loved the pool and the staff. We had a seaview villa and were very happy. There were tiny ants in the bathroom but they left us alone unless you left food in the open. Will strongly recommend this place.	Sawadee works just perfect.
Maria Kjellemo 2009-02-15	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach This is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location along the beach. The beach along the hotel area was very clean and nice. We stayed in a Sea view villa and it was far over our expectation, wonderful decorated, clean and really nice with the veranda. Breakfast was very good. Very nice staff. Only thing to complain about was the pool towels that very often we had to wait for, also number of sunbeds was not enough. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel, and would love to go there again.

The Klong Prao beach is very nice for relaxing and is only a five minute (50 bath) ride from the livelier Long Sand Beach. Hotel staff was very nice and the Sea View Villa was good value for money. Hotel restaurant fabulous with fresh vegetables and an extensive selection.	Thanks for recommending Klong Prao Resort!

We were very lucky that our deluxeroom (nr. V111) was directly on the beach, with a wonderfull seaview, but the room in itself was also very good and quite large. The breakfast was very good for both thai and farang, and the beach was great. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.	Perfect

Bruno de BOISSESON 2008-11-22	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach We booked a superior room because no standard room was available. We were given room C19 and had a shock. The room was very poor, lighting minimal and furniture worn out. The bathroom had no hot water, tiny basin and a minimal shower. When next morning we asked if it was really a superior room, they looked surprised. We asked to see a deluxe room which was OK but the price difference was 1100 baht per night. We decided to have one and managed to obtain number V510 on the ground floor in front of the sea,it was excellent . Otherwise the beach is superb and the pool is fine, breakfast is good with a comprehensive choice of products.	Booking was very good.
Maria Rosa M. C. Pinto Gibelino 2008-11-19	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach We made a reservation on the superior room. It was very disappointing to verify that the room standard was quite poor. The furniture was very old and showed some damaged areas. The bathroom was very small and not properly cleaned, the room as well. The bedsheets had stains.Breakfast was satisfactory but was lacking of more western dishes, such as yogurt,cheese and more varieties of cereals. However I would like to mention that the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful as well. I found out that the food at the restaurant, by the seaside, was quite good and with reasonable prices.	It was quite efficient and fast.
Ruth Francis 2008-10-24	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach Beautiful hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff. Set in amazing grounds with great facilities. We had a superior room which was large and my only gripe was the noise from the people upstairs. Breakfast was the best I have ever had. So much choice which changed daily. I travelled with a vegetarian who also had lots of choice. I would love to visit the resort again and stay for longer.	Excellent - flawless.
Stephen Bates 2008-10-23	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach We had 7 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay tremendously, mainly due to the very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and relatively inexpensive meals. We were prepared to hunt other restaurants if necessary but ended up having all our meals at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating since we had 2 children and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the cheaper Garden View rooms and it was perfectly adequate for our needs. The only complaints I have (and very petty ones at that!) are the lack of English channels/movies offered on TV when it rains!, and the number of jellyfish in the sea that prevented the kids from swimming away from the pool. Apart from that, enjoyable and recommendable!	No probs, quick service and confirmation, e-voucher works well.

BUT they were rebuilding sidewalks all over the place so we had to climb over ditches to go anywere! You can imagine how it was like when it was raining!!! The staff are friendly and attentive and the rooms are comfortable and clean. We had an enjoyable 5 day stay and will definitely go back again next year for a longer stay.	good except I had to make a request for the e-vouchers that were not sent to us.
Kyle Kopanyshyn 2008-03-22 until 2008-04-01	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach A fantastic resort. We stayed in the vip one seaview deluxe rooms. The rooms were fairly big though we only had a partial view of the sea. As has been mentioned before, the breakfast buffet is excellent. The restaurant on the beach was also very good and inexpensive. We ate there every night of our trip. There is a minimart on site beside the restaurant and although the prices are more than a local 7/11 they were still cheap. The pool was fairly large and had a nice rock garden theme to it. The ocean and beach in front of the resort was excellent. Shallow, warm and sandy. Klong Prao beach has beautiful sunsets. The staff, from the management on down, were all nice and friendly. Really easy to joke around with them. I will definately be back.	Always great. Fast and efficient. The only site I use to book hotels in Thailand

The rooms were nice and clean. Just perfect location by a fantastic beach. Restaurant was good, but they had difficulties with serving all of us (5 persons) at the same time. We gladly recommend this hotel to others!	Perfect!
Benita Fors 2008-02-20 until 2008-02-23	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach The hotel, the beach, surroundings the two rastaurants are all to be recommended. The one restaurant is only for brakfast with a wide variety of choices. The pool was the most appreciated by the kids, while we grownsups liked the river coming out into the ocean, when you could go into the stream, depending on high- or lowwater. The river was at the south on the beach. Two smaller restaurants was at the north on the beach, but you could easily take a pickup taxi bothways out by the road for between 20--100 baht towards f.ex. White Sand Beach, depending how long you were going, when going for dinner/shopping. We can highly recommend this Island and this hotel, but with one big minus - We swedes seems to really crowd this Island and totally take over this hotel. So go here soon, cause in a few years, this Island is not a small paradise anymore... They were building new hotels everywhere!	The bookingservice worked perfect! Will for sure use it again!

We had Seaview 2 rooms almost on the beach. The room was a little dark but big, clean and the bed good - you could find holes in towels and lined and it could be a hassle to get a pooltowel after 10 am. BUT we will be back and look forward to it.	Good, very helpful
ALBAREDE 2008-02-06 until 2008-02-12	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach We stayed in one of the 10 sea view bungalows (although there is a road between the sea and the bungalows)recently rebuilt and redecorated. They are beautiful, well furnished and have a nice terrace looking over the klong. The hotel is fine, the staff is kind and efficiant, the breakfast is good and has a lot to offer. The only thing which could be improved is the beach, where there are not enough sunbeds and umbrellas (the plastic umbrellas look really poor compared to the hotel standards).	Good service as usual, but Sawadee made a mistake telling us there is no transfer between Trat airport and the resort, although there is actually one (so, we had to take a Bangkok Airways transfer service which takes much more time as it stops in many resorts)

Had some bad experience with the restaurant however. Waited a long time for my girlfriends order and when asking for it we got the answer that we havent ordered? Sufficient to say we didn t go there to eat again.. Not that much restaruant area and bars in the Klong Prao Area so if it s partying you are after stay at White sands...	Excellent as always!
Barbro Nilsson 2008-01-28 until 2008-02-03	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach I could warmly recommend this hotel if the reservation, made&confirmed 5 months earlier, should have been the case when we checked in. But we were sent to another hotel the first night, because they were full-booked!!! and when we checked-in again the next day, we got a room in another building than the one we had made in our reservation. So finally on our 3:rd night we got the room /VIP-1,that we should have had from the beginning.We asked for a compensation for all this inconvenience and got a extra night with a discount. So after all we had a good stay at a very good hotel, with a very fine breakfast and a friendly staff	sawadee is excellent
Lars Hjortsberg 2008-01-27 until 2008-02-04	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach No doubt we relly enjoyed our stay at Koh Chang as well as Klong Prao Resort. Then room was clean and the hotel service OK. The only irritating issue was the complete chaos with sun-chairs. There were too little sun-chairs and many guests made reservation by leaving the towels on the sun-chairs over several days and nights. A much stricter system is necessary for a pleasant stay for all guests - not only a few.

Our family had a great time. It is very family friendly. There were a few topless bathers on the beach, which it would have been nicer without those. That would be my only complaint. The resort itself was beautiful, the food really good, the atmosphere serene.	it was very easy to book through Sawadee.

The food was good, the beach was clean, the rooms were comfortable, they were accomodating, and the resort was beautiful. It s also in a great location! Make sure you bring your reservation information as they don t seem to keep it on file themselves. I will come back in the future!

We loved the breakfast buffet. The Standard room was a bit depressing - so we upgraded one level and found the room much nicer. Still simple - but with adequate lighting and AC. The Standard was dark, dank, and had a hole in the bathroom door.	Service worked great - no problems.

Lars Bo Pedersen 2007-04-24 until 2007-05-03	Klong Prao Resort, Klong Prao Beach We stayed 2 persons in a VIP-3 room on the 2nd floor and were very satisfied with the facilities, the pool was very nice, but pool personnel could be more service minded reg. cushions and towels. Breakfast buffet was very good, but refill after 9.00 o clock was not always sufficient. Rating 4 of 5.	Booking worked efficient and fast, it just seemed odd that when we wanted to extend our stay booking to the same rate at the reception was impossible. We had to go next door and book on the internet, but there were no problems in doing that.

Iff we will go back to Koh Chang one day, we will certain book there again and through sawadee. The restaurant was excelent. The breakfast-buffet good have some more european food, but it was good.	The booking servide from sawadee is excelent and we will use it certainly agaon when we will go to Thailand again. Thanks very much for the service

Quiet area, right on uncrowded beach, a few restaurants nearby. Coast road had numerous pick up bus/taxi s for transport to other coastal area s. I would book here again.	Excellent as usual - wish the booking could be completed online rather than waiting for email response.

But we found a good restaurang after just 100 meters walk on the beach and that place had deliciuos food.But anyway i´ll recomend Klong Prao to my friends!	Very good!!

Staff were friendly and breakfasts were great. There were nearby restaurants for variety. However, there is still no other island quite like Phi Phi in my opinion. Charlie s was always our favorite there--but it was washed out by the tsunami.	The booking service was simple to work with. Really good experience.

It was a good size room with a large bathroom and good balcony overlooking the beach and the swimming pool. My children stayed in the VIP3 room which was also a very good size. I would highly recommend the Thai massages on the beach and for roughly £4.00 for an hour its worth having one every day !! Koh Chang Island is very beautiful and generally unspoilt. The hotel offers a variety of good trips that are reasonably priced. If you prefer ask the hotel for a driver and combine your own trips. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety. We only ate in the resturant once but, it was reasonably priced and offered a wide selection on food. If you are looking for a lively hotel with entertainment in the evening as well as banana boats and jet ski s during the day then dont go to Koh Chang. if you are looking for a quiet resort that offers value for money and beautiful beaches then Klong Prao Resort is recommended...	Excellent service.

However, it seems the Hotel has no management, no maintenance to any thing. The restaurant is for nothing. However other restaurants are very closed to the resort. Very nice location with nice Pool. Hotel urgent needs a real manager... and maintenance (doorlook, water outlet,ect.ect.)	Exellent, everything ready in advance. Will always book through sawadee.

We had two large rooms in the VIP-1 Hotel , on ground floor and adjacent to the pool and the beach. Restaurant was good and not too overpriced but we also used a couple of restaurants a short walk down the beach ... The bungalows looked fine and almost all the building work we read about before is complete. 5 out of 5	No problems at all
