Ben Fry 2007-07-30 until 2007-08-03	Novotel Chiang Mai, Chang Puek The hotel itself was very clean, exactly what was advertised and the staff were extremely helpful, respectful and just generally nice. Due to our flight we got their early, but the hotel was very accomodating and let us check in early. Also 5 to 10 min drive to a lot of attractions. Would definitely stay there again.	First time I have used this and Will use again. Very easy and we had a hassle free holiday. Thanks
William Maclachlan 2007-04-02 until 2007-04-10	Novotel Chiang Mai, Chang Puek great hotel, great pool everthing very new, breakfast is all that you could wish for buffet style. the only problem is the location, it is a bit isolated though and quite far from the night market about 5 to 10 minutes by tuk tuk and it costs about 100baht each way. all in all a great hotel for the money	excellent as always
Meko 2007-03-26 until 2007-03-29	Novotel Chiang Mai, Chang Puek quite good, the room & the kings size bed is large!! I love very much. And the room is clean but the shower was not strong. A nice restaurant with a good breakfast. If you want go to night bazaar, the hotel provide shuttle bus at 7:00, 8:00. 9:00 every night.	very efficient
ac 2007-02-22 until 2007-02-23	Novotel Chiang Mai, Chang Puek we enjoyed our stay a Novotel s Chang Mai (4 days) - the location is convenient since it is easy walking to the Old city and the Hotel provides a shuttle for the night bazaar; but do not forget to book your seat on arrival (staff may forget to remind you.....) for the coming evening. Bathrooms are very noisy and it may be disturbing should your neighbours have early showers...Buffet breakfast is great and the rooms are confortable and clean.Good value.	excellent
R. Geesken 2007-02-14 until 2007-02-17	Novotel Chiang Mai, Chang Puek Nice hotel. Room was large with a big kingsize bed. Staff is very helpful. A little bit far away from the night market but hotel offers a shuttle bus.	Excellent as always.
Robin Grimble 2007-02-12 until 2007-02-13	Novotel Chiang Mai, Chang Puek Only spent one night here so comments not definitive. Hotel not in the centre of things but 20 baht takes you to centre. Rooms large and good value for the price. Would not want a long stay on hol but good business hotel for the price (internet connection very fast).

If you feel energetic and would like to walk to the night market, it is an to walk to the night market, it is an easy 20 minute walk.	No problem booking

The hotel room is spacious and clean, the breakfast provided was good, overall we were very pleased with the hotel, except for one minor problem, they do not provide facilities for making of coffee or tea in the rooms.	Good booking service, no problem with website, great follow up by staff named Eddi.
Thomas Joseph 2005-03-18 until 2005-03-20	Novotel Chiang Mai, Chang Puek A well laid out hotel with very good facilities.The rooms are large.Even with an additional bed ,the room looked very spacious. The buffet breakfast was also a treat.It had a very good spread.It was good value for money.Our request for late check-out was approved without any additional costs. No hesitation,I will book into Novetel,Chiangmai again.	The entire booking system is simple.Approval was received without much delay.
Roger Gale 2004-04-06 until 2004-04-09	Novotel Chiang Mai, Chang Puek Clean and comfortable and definitely value for money! Welcoming staff and no hard sell from the tourist information desk. A little bit out of the way if the market is your main reason for visit. Food was good but beware the mossies after dark - even inside the hotel.	excellent
